The original three bedrooms, two-storey, semi-detached house was built in early 1930s.
The project comprises:
- Ground floor full width, 6m long rear extension
- Second floor loft conversion
- rear ground floor of the house has been remodelled to achieve a larger family-oriented kitchen / dining / family room area which is fully open onto the garden.
- Zinc cladded single storey rear extension with double pitched roof make an impressive architectural statement.
Construction completed in 2021.
