Four bedrooms, two-storey, semi-detached house was originally built in early 1900s.
The property has an original two storey rear addition, comprising a kitchen and Family Room, two Receptions on the ground floor and four bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor.
The new rear ground floor of the house will be remodelled to achieve a larger family-oriented kitchen / dining area which will be fully open onto the garden. Existing first floor will be converted into three bedrooms and two bathrooms space. Second floor will incorporate Master Bedroom, luxurious Spa-like Bathroom, Dressing Room and fifth Bedroom.
Construction to be finished in 2024.
